      One of the best companies to work for, around North East Georgia. The company is financially stable and debt free.

      Great culture, Care for Employees, Great management that keeps the company growing, equal opportunity employer

      Cons

      Sometimes it seems everyone's opinions and suggestions are not valued. Some of the higher management seem to get their way even if its not profitable to the company which also affects the employees morale watching it. Could get better with openness.

      Pros

      Cheap carpet. There are many plants in the area so you can move around a lot.

      Cons

      SHAW stand for Sundays holiday and weekends. You will have no life never see your family. Don't get sick or try to push a new idea no matter how long you have worked there, you will get fired. Only people from GA area will get promoted.
