      Pros

      Shaw is ahead of their time. They officially embraced DEI several years ago. They have actually been practicing DEI (didn't earn it) for decades.

      Cons

      The company is contracting. They have more closed manufacturing plants than they have open ones. This company peaked over 20 years ago and has been in decline ever since. When you hit 50, they start looking for ways to fire you. The employee disengagement and toxicity is palpable.

      Pay is not competitive Shaw pays less when compared to the surrounding companies It's like they don't value your experience prior to Shaw
