Pros

Good pay, good hours, and good crew. Pretty easy going as far as maintenance jobs go but somedays they will get their full 10 hours from you. Good job for us guys that need some extra hours on the weekends or full time students. They are strict on safety protocols, but that is better than a place that doesn't care about your safety. Part time means no benefits but you do get a 401k account and the opportunity for health bonuses.

Cons

If you need anything done with HR you will have to come up during the week because the front office isn't here on the weekends. Can be tough to do if you work full time during the week.
