      Pros

      Shaw offers a family atmosphere and a very entrepreneurial culture. The pace of work is brisk and challenging, but very rewarding. Shaw prides itself on the tenure of employees and the number of them that have spent their entire career there. Overall a fantastic place to work!

      Cons

      Acquisition of new software takes an inordinate amount of time even when productivity or effectiveness lifts are obvious.

      Pros

      Very creative, energetic and open atmosphere. Interesting, very smart people engaged in challenging software product and consulting work. Everyday is different.

      Cons

      Offices in different states creates some opportunities for personnel and personality challenges. Everyone expected to pull their own weight and have a positive impact everyday.
