      Great flexibility, PTO time, and match on 401K

      Pros

      Shaw offers great flexibility and the ability to work from home remotely, a good amount of PTO time as well as your birthday off and a charity day off, and a good match on 401K. They are a stable company to work for and build a career at. I have good coworkers and a good manager whom I enjoy working with.
