Pros

You will have great benefits including mental health paid in full. Pay is not bad but depends on the market. As an assistant manager, you also get profit bonus so it makes it very valuable.

Cons

1) The job from sales to assistant sucks! You are at the mercy of your manager. 2) if your manager is not supportive, consider your life now at Sheetz. 3) it is very intense on the body and you will be tired a lot. 4) you'll be fired for small or large mistakes. Regardless of how hard you work or how good you are, one mistake will have you at the unemployment line. 5) people will try to stab you in the back the higher you go. It's not for the weak. 6) training is terrible and communication of rollouts is sometimes awful.

50% of your food. Repeat customers.

Cons

You rarely have time to go the bathroom. The place is always short staffed. There is a lot of favoritism shown.

Great pay, great people, this company really takes care of you.

Cons

Fast paced to the point of breakdown sometimes. Call offs are real, no coverage is real. There's still a store to run the store if there are only 2 or 3 people.
