Great first management experience

Pros

Great company culture, lots of recognition for above and beyond service, members of Board of Directors visit stores frequently, safety is taken very seriously.

Cons

Customer base can be disrespectful, you work all holidays, applicants are usually teens and college students.

Pay is a little higher than average.

Cons

Where do I start.... the schedule....management does not care about the shifts after 5 PM. District managers are corrupt do not trust them!
