Pros

Pretty good schedule with on call barely needed. Tons of help if you make friends with the other techs. Tons of tech support. Amazing benefits and yearly raises.

Cons

A lot of changes happen often leading to confusion. A lot of picking favorites among techs, usually based on friendship instead of actual skills.
