Higher paying job than most other restaurants/gas stations with good benefits and bonuses.

Cons

Pressure from management has just gotten worse and worse over the years, expectations keep getting higher with less and less help from corporate level.

Great company, still gives bonuses, provides long-term job security.

Cons

Store Managers are changed at times depending on where potential future "store managers in training ie (TASO's)", are placed for internship prior to getting his/her own store.
