Pros
If you're looking for somewhere with room for advancement, it's definitely a good starting out point. Pay is pretty good as well.
Cons
Cliques - Favoritism runs rampant and drags down morale. If you're not part of the "favorites" - you're out of luck. Work/life balance (especially if you're a shift supervisor) is really difficult; don't expect to be able to attend college and maintain good grades if you become a manager. Furthermore, if you don't become a manager, don't expect a whole lot of hours no matter how much you ask. The company would rather understaff stores and have someone get called in 2-3 times a week rather than scheduling enough people.
