Great company that really takes care of their employees in almost every aspect. Whether it be pay, bonuses, discounts, benefits, personal health & wellness, Sheetz wants to do right by their employees.

Cons

Like any business, there are cons. It varies from location to location but overall, the pros will outweigh the cons at any location

Great customer service atmosphere with a truly effective "Total Customer Focus Model." Pay is good for new employees as compared to other retail businesses. Very enjoyable and positive work environment.

Cons

Since being a 24/7, 365 business, working holidays are a must especially if just starting out. Scheduling may be an issue for some if you are not flexible.
