Flexible. The pay is okay. Cool working environment. There’s gym, playstation, foosball, etc. Cool cafe, altho not much choices of food but still ok.

Cons

Too much of process improvements that employee needs to do which is sometimes not necessary. Poor management sometimes, but probably its just my team
