Pros

Great benefits and allowances, you can reimburse your Uber or Taxi.

Cons

Depends on which team you belong. There are toxic ones where attrition is quite high. Sooner or later you will find that you're just dragging yourself to work. There are teams with uber competitive members that will work harder to make your life miserable.

Pros

I have worked with Shell over 20 years and can attest to lots of opportunities to expand skills and specializations across the company.

Cons

Current downturn for Oil & Gas has company intensely focused on costs and reorganizations so advancement opportunities are somewhat hampered at this time.
