Pros
People use to stay quite a lot and there is a long career path for everyone.
Cons
- International mobility is restricted to 5 years although there are ways to extend it a bit, but at certain point they require you to come back to the country you were originally recruited. - Heavily supplier dependent. Hard to get things done due to multiples layers of management. Lacking 'doers' and people with balls to drive changes with own resources instead of delegating to third parties.
