      Good people to work with and roles do grow into.

      Cons

      Managers are weak and have their favourites. Downsizing makes everyone uncomfortable and makes for a poor work environment.

      Training, good salary, good life working balance, good benefits package, opportunity to work at different locations worldwide, yearly performance bonus

      Cons

      I really enjoyed working for this Company. So cannot list many cons. I can say the work environment is very competitive and if you don't like that you will struggle.

      - working for the Shell Brand - Globalized working conditions - you can see your efforts in the success of the company

      Cons

      their is a glass ceiling, you can only reach a certain level and you can feel it, bureaucracy is prevalent (which also contributes to the glass ceiling) more prevalent on local middle management.
