      Pros

      -Travel to nice places at times (lots of miles/points) -Entrust a lot in each person -Excellent work-life balance -Not a huge amount of pressure every day -Excellent safety

      Cons

      -Competitive for minimal management positions -Expect lots of travel -Expect to move around permanently if you want to move up -Pay is just ok compared to competition

      Pros

      Flexible working hours, working from home. Nice working culture. Good benefits provided, benefits is comparable better than other MNC

      Cons

      Middle level management are lack of leadership skills and some of them are bias, promotion come first to staff who joined longer in the Company, not based on performance, many good and talent employees left due to the reason and caused low motivation to staffs. Unfair salary package in SBSC and Shell Malaysia. Shell Malaysia salary package is 10 to 15% higher than SBSC. Reorganization happened often and retrenchment happened.
