      1. Too much safety but in the end it is for our own good. 2. If you do not know to express your work, promotion is slow 3. Mixed officers & Philipino crew => Food quality may be an issue for Indians

      Pros

      Many seminars availble for a new starter. Rotation schemes. Good enjoyable multi-cultural environment.

      Cons

      Massive corporation with too many Managers. It is very hard to make changes and upgrades since you have to go through too many managers!
