      Ok Company too much beureaucracy

      Pros

      Some nice people to work with I made some great friends however this is not across the whole company they are some very strange people too

      Cons

      Very restrictive in terms of growth my manager knew from when she hired me that I was an ambitious person after a year within a company I started to have conversations to see what other opportunities the company had she was not supportive very horrible management

      Pros

      Good work life balance. Gives the option to move jobs every 3-4 years including cross-discipline. Good place to start for new graduates providing opportunities for job rotations.

      Cons

      Highly beaureaucratic and decisions are often slow to be made. HR policies have not kept up with times and there is a potential risk of losing talent from the organisation, whilst low performers manage to stay in the system.
