If work life balance and a competitive salary are concerns for you, Shell is the place to work for ! They treat their employees really, really well. The work culture is really good and makes you comfortable.

Cons

Sometimes things take way too long to happen. But they're so careful and cautious about the smallest of issues that you can't really blame them for taking forever to execute things.
