Pros

Great teamwork ethic. Everyone was eager to help. Many resources available to assist in the growth and upward movement of an employees career.

Cons

In the period of time I worked for this company, I can honestly say that their were no cons. It was a great company to work for. A layoff was not a reflection of an employees performance.

Pros

Good pay, generally a good culture and atmosphere. Employee safety is very important

Cons

Management is disorganized structurally. Holes in the structure are allowed to exist. HR has too much power. Little to no training, except for new grads. It's all about who you know, not what you know. Many management decisions have been made to raise cost of production, so layoffs now.
