Pros

Great co-workers; company has focus on safety. You're not a ghost; your hard work doesn't go unnoticed. They expect alot, but give alot in return. Being in construction one must expect to get the hours when they're available. If you're old fashioned and live by hard work pays off, this is the place... the longevity of its employees is a testament. If you need more training, ask.. they'll provide. The parent company is huge (OldCastle) and they are worldwide in many areas. Doesn't hold you back should you wish to interview for other positions.

Cons

It's construction; so many long days; but should be expected in this field. They want the best of the best and they deserve it with the benefits/salary offered.

Pros

Benefits are offered such as medical, dental, vision at a reasonable cost.

Cons

Everyone but the top is underpaid and overworked. Managers are still overworked, but I think enough money to deal with it.
