Pay is great, good group of operators at plant,

Cons

Lack of communication, last second changes, MIT program has no direction, treated as an hourly employee with schedule changes, watch your back because you'll be most likely thrown under the bus, Work/Life balance doesn't exist during the season.

Low pay high hours and no life. People don't want to live at work. Don't know when you start the next day until 8pm the night before. No advancement opportunities. No running water.
