Pros

The training process was so well thought out and planned. It is really easy to pick things up with no or little experience. You are encouraged to ask questions and not overwhelmed. Over time more will be asked of you, but that is pretty standard in general.

Cons

Communication was not always good. Between sites and people. That would lead to some frustration and/or difficulty completed the days work.
