Pros

Great training and a very supportive management team. Its a large company but still feels like everyone knows your name - even company leadership. Company encourages community involvement. One of the main company values is "Do the Right Thing" and every decision seems to run through that filter - both how they treat employees and agents and how customers are served.

Cons

Sales isn't for everyone so no one should expect it to be easy.

Pros

There are no good reasons to pursue a career here. this is where you go for a wake up call as you realize you've hit rock bottom

Cons

Spend most of your pay buying policies on yourself and your family cause nobody outside of Missouri has heard of this red neck company.
