      Pros

      Very inclusive company - Always offering opportunities for networking, celebrations, and everyone is friendly and professional. I love my team! Flexible positions - Some positions allow remote and hybrid work which is an amazing perk for me and my family. Opportunity - There are many opportunities to move to other departments, promote, or just do resume building. Shelter has an environment that fosters continued education.

      Cons

      Not a con, but keep in mind that your work product will be held to a high standard and we are always striving to make things better and more efficient.

      Some inefficiencies. Communication between departments can occasionally be siloed, and staffing coverage can become stretched during transitions or rapid growth.
