      Salaries are way too low. The entire reason I left was to grow my income. Left for a higher paying role.

      I love the environment and the people. They make sure the job is easy to start and that you feel comfortable moving up and moving jobs within the company. So many opportunities to learn and grow and build community.

      Can be stressful, but coworkers help with that.
