Easy going management who want all staff to focus on personal and professional growth. Management will invest in you for professional certifications and education. There is flexibility with RTO (mentioned in the cons section). There is little-to-no micromanagement.

Cons

Company is focused on return to the office (RTO), but are flexible based on merit and need. Interdisciplinary teams are ad-hok, which sometimes results in internal coordination issues (rare, but annoying when they happen).
