Pros
There are a lot of resources and knowledge for every trade and disciple. You will be exposed to just about any project type for low-voltage projects.
Cons
High turnover of great employees. San Francisco manager (at the time of my employment) ran a lot of great people away. The high turnover rate caused a lot of knowledge gaps for projects. IT manager refused to replace the equipment. The computers used were over 7 years old and the cases had to left open to prevent overheating. I spent multi-days worth of billable hours fixing computers in the office.
