Benefits Hours Competitive Pay Great Teamwork Feels like upper management cares about employees.

PTO rolls over as "sick time" which seems pretty impossible to actually use.

Pros

Somewhat flexible schedule as needed. Commission structure is pretty solid. Decent benefits and pto plus discounts on internet and mobile device plans.

Cons

Swing shifts. 2 random days off. Working late in the evenings sometimes until 9 or 10. Overly micromanaged. Room to grow, but not without taking a pay cut since we earn commission.
