      Pros

      Nice 401k with a decent match

      Cons

      The company operates 60 stores plus its dealer locations. However they run the stores like a good old boys club. Managers will only look out for each other and will only promote employees based on friendship. They do this to hide most of their shady activities. They have a weird managment system where they will have 3 manager managing 6 reps. Besides they weren't building new stores when I was there they were selling them off to dealers. So goodluck.

      Pay/Benefits but not worth the abusive work environment

      Cons

      Poor management. Borderline harassment by upper management and zero direction. Your objectives change day to day. It’s like management just kicks a can down the road or throws processes on the wall and hopes for one to stick. You are lied to and upper management will stab you in the back to climb the corporate ladder or even to make them look good over trying to develop their direct reports.

      Benefits Hours Competitive Pay Great Teamwork Feels like upper management cares about employees.

      Cons

      PTO rolls over as "sick time" which seems pretty impossible to actually use.
