Pros

This is a better paying job than most in the area outside of manufacturing. They have good 401K contributions. cable service is free, just have to pay for internet, phone, and equipment.

Cons

We are overworked. Upper management has given a directive that any technician can be routed up to 14 service calls a day, which makes it impossible to do the best job possible while still making it to service calls on time.

Family oriented. No outside debt. Opportunity for growth is fostered by upper management. Generous vacation time up to 3 weeks at start.

Cons

Strict. Old school. Will run you into the ground and ask you to be gone for a week at a time with a short down time before starting again.
