      A growing company that helps people in the valley work close to home for reasonable pay. Forward looking while remembering its valley roots.

      Cons

      No enough interaction between departments that could lower the cost of doing business. Need people whose job it is to coordinate between all the arms of the company for a more cohesive organization

      Pros

      Great work environment; time off; really don't feel as their is nothing else positive about the company. That's pretty much I have to say.

      Cons

      Doesn't compensate employees for the work done. Rich getting richer and the poor getting poorer. More customers due to to the merger, but can't seem to figure this out and change the commission structure. It's like double labor less pay. Stay away unless you're content with making a couple of dollars b
