Benefits, Pay, and Work environment is great. Also if your goal is to move up in the company there is plenty of opportunities to do so.

Cons

Advertising on national stations makes it hard for some promotion to not be seen in a affiliate market that we are not able to do for customers at this time. Example early ungrades and one up
