      The product was pretty bad. GloFiber is great but the Shentel service is old and often goes bad. There was an issue with a few of the boxes they gave out for internet and it would drop so often. During vivid people were getting so frustrated because they had to work from home and all we could say it they are looking into it. It’s hard to work for a company where you can’t believe in the products they have

      Pros

      Great work environment; time off; really don't feel as their is nothing else positive about the company. That's pretty much I have to say.

      Cons

      Doesn't compensate employees for the work done. Rich getting richer and the poor getting poorer. More customers due to to the merger, but can't seem to figure this out and change the commission structure. It's like double labor less pay. Stay away unless you're content with making a couple of dollars b
