      Nothing good to work, no room to grow. You are wasting your time working here.

      Cons

      They gave you sales tracker but you wont be making as much as your sales tracker. Not only that, they only gave you commission if the line is in the shentel coverage area. They gave you commission based on MRC, if MRC >$30= $20. If MRC <$30 =$7.50. Upgrade $3.50. 20% on the accessories, only if you hit the goal. The goal per month is 25 new lines.

      Pros

      Small company. Good people to work with. Good place to gain experience and go elsewhere and make more money.

      Cons

      Out of touch upper management. Lots of talk about the shareholders. Lots of bonuses and stocks for upper management, yet the pay is for its employees actually doing the work is below industry competitors.
