      At Shepherd Center it takes every employee to achieve the amazing patient outcomes that we accomplish. We lead with compassion daily in the care that is being delivered to Shepherd Center patients and to our employees caring for patients. Employees do have the opportunity to talk to respective managers as well as HR about career advancement and pay concerns. Our pay is at or above the Atlanta Metro market rates. Shepherd Center's Human Resource department has an open door policy and is there to support the staff in a variety of means, especially with a listening ear.

      Shepherd Center is indeed a meaningful place to work. We are changing lives daily with our intensive rehab approach! Clinical employees and non-clinical employees alike get the opportunity to interact with our patients in the cafeteria, at the coffee bar and throughout the hospital as our patients are on their way to therapy. All employees get to offer a smile or a hello, and the patient's warmth is delivered right back.
