Pros

Shepherd Center is so supportive of it's employees. Senior management and owners truly value the employees. Benefits are top notch. Employees are of the highest caliber. Super smart and motivated. Lots of teamwork.

Cons

It is very challenging to move up the career ladder. There's not a lot of opportunity for career advancement within the center.
