      Patient/Family Gratitude makes Job feel rewarding

      CEO and Management only cares about money could care less about employees and their families, abruptly cut employees pay last year with no explanation and constantly change rules to find reasons to cut more pay all while adding on more responsibilities, very greedy company and hard back breaking work!!!!!!!

Our employees are deeply valued and it takes all employees, clinical and non-clinical, to make Shepherd Center the special hospital that it is. Our pay rates have not been lowered; they have actually been increased. HR has an open-door policy for all employees on all shifts, and we are here to listen to employee concerns.
