      Pros

      Shepherd Center is everything I thought it would be and more. The culture of hope, humor, and hardwork is true! Everyone can impact patient's lives and the organization -- leadership is open to ideas and has the agility to make things happen. It's also very supportive -- I've gotten personal calls and messages from the CEO and other senior leaders thanking me for my work. Where else do you find that?
