I always have the tools I need to do my job and productivity is not often a large concern (primarily 1:1 patient treatment); the attitude and community feeling of the organization is fantastic and they really are experts in care

Cons

Working at least one holiday a year is mandatory; weekends are at times mandatory based on staffing; professional development expectations sometimes feel arbitrary and lack the time outside of patient treatment to complete; benefits are great but pay could be better compared to other local healthcare companies

Learn an insane amount of information and hands on skills with these complex patient diagnoses

Cons

Very competitive to be a therapist here which means you are easily replaceable. Various units are managed differently. Would suggest speaking to someone you know who works here to get their honest opinion. Have heard stories of therapists getting fired out of the blue.
