      Pros

      Relative easy job. There are a few therapist that have been there forever and are all managers or supervisors. Always have enough supplies to do your job.

      Cons

      Probably management. They need to change who has been in charge there the last 15 years.

      Pros

      The place I currently work is a safe and productive workplace. Shepherd Center really cares about the safety of its employees. They provide us with all the necessary PPE and training classes. The hours are long and include a lot of overtime which is a plus. it is a fun-loving job, I get to deal with all kinds of different people. Management Is great and flexible.

      nothing negative in my experience.
