The pay is rough. Being told to “do more with less” when executives are taking huge bonuses is frustrating.

I always have the tools I need to do my job and productivity is not often a large concern (primarily 1:1 patient treatment); the attitude and community feeling of the organization is fantastic and they really are experts in care

Cons

Working at least one holiday a year is mandatory; weekends are at times mandatory based on staffing; professional development expectations sometimes feel arbitrary and lack the time outside of patient treatment to complete; benefits are great but pay could be better compared to other local healthcare companies
