Pros

Shepherd is one of the best employers. The culture and sense of community created here is so contagious and inspiring. I have been impressed with the transparency of Shepherd as a whole, especially during COVID.

Cons

The only con I have noticed is the maternity leave policy.

nurses need to be more hands on and management should not take up for nurses and hear both sides of a situation.

I have been working with Shepherd for just over a year. My team is made up of true professionals who are very knowledgeable and leaders in their field. Client's are treated with the utmost respect and the management team is supportive, nurturing and involved. Opportunities for personal growth are abound. I have over 20 years of experience and I can say with certainty that Shepherd, by far, is the best place to work.
