      Pros

      Shepherd not only creates a place of hope and warmth for patients and families, but also provides a home for their employees and staff to grow. The positive environment, ongoing team approach, and ultimate goal to put patients and families first were the first things I noticed when I started my career here. I have yet to meet an employee who is not wholeheartedly invested in their role and I believe that the "Shepherd culture" has much to do with that. It is a great thing to be able to be a part of such remarkable recoveries while surrounded by others who share the same passion. It is THE place to be!

      Being ranked among the top 10 Rehabilitation hospitals, Shepherd Center has a welcoming environment, renowned therapists, educated staff members, and so much more! After being at Shepherd Center for a year, I've transitioned from volunteer, to PRN, and finally, full-time. There are endless disciplines to learn and progress in providing quality care as well as personal growth and multiple opportunities to progress in your career.

      Since Shepherd Center is located in Metro Atlanta, your commute will be longer during rush hour traffic.

      Shepherd is a unique place- offering cutting edge medical care with heart. The culture is collaborative, comprehensive care provided via a teamwork model and every member of the team is important and valued for their expertise. It is an awesome place to work!
