Several of my co-workers do not have any idea what they are doing, including some supervisors. The management is absolutely horrid and do not respect or appreciate their employees. All management is concerned with is profit and image, even more than the safety of the staff. When there was a domestic violence situation on the 3rd floor of the hotel, management had a 19 year old female front desk agent and two staff who were barely trained in security handle the situation. Management decided not to call the police or an ambulance and continued to mingle at a large event that was in the ballrooms. Management also does not understand labor law as they do not allow the front desk agents to sit before a certain time at night. If you know what the Peter Principle is, it fully applies here as the management is straight up incompetent. There is also little to no room for advancement unless you are good friends with the managers. The only good managers are a couple from the attached restaurant, Mosaic. They also like to waste money on events such as Glowing Wild, the budget for March was blown through by the first week and the Mosaic is in a lot of debt as well.

Housekeepers are not trained at all I would not recommend no one to go there
