      Pros

      Lots of opportunities for overtime and double-time pay, decent benefits, offered opportunities for career advancement based on merit. Fun coworkers, good middle-management, job was interesting and usually not repetitive.

      Cons

      Depending of available work and needs of the office, you might find yourself asked to travel more than you would prefer, and/or asked to work more hours than you'd prefer. You might be on jobs that are understaffed, which can be very stressful if there's a time limit such as an outage. Poor response to Covid from upper management.

      Pros

      Really good pay structure. Plenty of good training opportunities. Really good place to learn. There are a ton of great people there who make the job better.

      Cons

      You do travel A LOT. A whole lot. It will definitely wear at you eventually. The good managers will do what they can to support you. But there are also managers who will simply tell you to get over it.

      It's all about the dollar. Atmosphere is terrible. We are loosing quality people due to poor management.
