There are no pros. If you like to do a good job, this is not the company for you. You will never be given enough time or budget to do anything right. You will spend most of your time traveling across the country to jobs that are cancelled or were never even scheduled to begin with.

Cons

Upper management of this company is straight garbage. They treated their field techs and engineers horrible during the Covid pandemic. 10% pay cuts, took away 401K match, sent them to job sites with known exposure to covid, gave a gift card instead of the normal yearly bonus, and they purchased several other companies while acting like they couldn’t afford to pay their employees. This should tell you everything you need to know about this place.

Cons

Health insurance, workload, pressure trickles down from upper management, only care about billing, no raises, no care about the employee
