Sherpa 6 puts great effort into trying to make their employees feel recognized. Sherpa 6 has also been the recipient of multiple prestigious awards in the past few years which is an honor for the company but also makes me feel like I am with a company who truly care about their employees. Although Sherpa 6 is a Veteran Owned Small Business, you do not need to come from a military background to feel at home. I think the benefits offered are very competitive as well. Sherpa 6 offers multiple in person social events throughout the year near company locations which is a nice perk. The company also has fun virtual events and contests throughout the year, and Microsoft Teams channels for various “fun” topics like fitness, books, plant pals, and more! I wear multiple hats in my day to day, helping diversify my skill set. Sherpa 6 has a steady growth rate, and I am excited to see where this company is headed!
