      Daily collaboration with an extremely talented team who are dedicated to solving complex problems and hunting new solutions. This drives our mission forward and is very rewarding.

      Cons

      Certain projects require strict adherence and timelines that are unavoidable. Nonetheless, we always put our best efforts forward as an integral team player and focus on getting the job done.

      Pros

      My experience so far with the company has been great. There’s always room to try doing things in different ways—no one is saying “don’t do it like that.” Outside-the-box thinking is encouraged. They really understand the needs of family and will say yes to any reasonable request, as long as no critical tasks are being left undone. Very flexible with hours and time off. The pay is good, too.

      Cons

      It is a small and younger company, and with that comes some figuring out. There are still some areas where guidelines are being put in place to help things run smoother—but it’s definitely getting there!
