Pros

Advancement opportunities are endless if you are willing to relocate. Very laid back atmosphere and working condition with reasonable working hours starting at 7:00a.m. and going until 4:00.

Cons

The communication between upper management and store management can be a little erratic at times. There is little room for advancement if you are unwilling to relocate.
